When I was a girl and a kid in love with the design of my house, I was a total white and blue with my interior. I can remember thinking that it’s the most gorgeous combination of colors on earth. It covered all the space in my tiny home.

This Scandinavian bedroom design by me is a light shade of blue that is everywhere, from the walls to the bedding and even the bedside chair, which doubles as a nightstand to create a relaxed and effortless look.

Combine a variety of blue hues with brown accents to create a modern take on a traditional color combination. The twin bedroom by me is a perfect blend of soft blue sky walls with the bronze-colored canopy bed and a vivid turquoise-colored rug to create a vibrant mixture.

Use Sapphire Blue Tones

The multi-colored sapphire blue has deep jewel-toned accents to bring a serious accent to a bedroom without painting surfaces and hanging wallpaper. I decorated this main bedroom with bright blue sheets, a silk wall hanging with a dark blue background, and a vintage lamp with a blue-green base. It is also possible to include blue accents in the bedroom using a bright bed quilt.
